LOCATION

Located in Agronomía, very close to the School of Agronomy-University of Buenos Aires. Agronomía is a wooded and quiet neighborhood, where people care about ecology. Besides being a great place for relaxing, this neighborhood also provides a space for dancing: the legendary Club Sunderland de Villa Urquiza, a classic tango & milonga place of the forties, where people go to dance on Saturday nights.

Agronomía is at short distance of Belgrano and Palermo neighborhoods. Bus, train & subway services are available at 3-6 blocks around the house. (See TRANSPORTATION)

THE HOUSE

Personally run by its owners, who welcome their guests with a typical barbecue (asado) and a glass of good Argentinian wine.

Decorated with pottery and wodd pieces, as well as fabrics from local native cultures, the house has a large garden with a swimming pool, where guests can enjoy breakfast in nice days.

No pets allowed.

There are three rooms, called as native trees. All them are spacious, light, and cozy.

Every room has a beatiful garden view and is equiped with:individual air conditioning (hot/cold), wardrobe w/drawers, cable TV, 24-hour free Wi-fi Internet access, stereo, safe box.

All bathrooms are equiped with: hot water any time, hairdryer, 2 robes, bath & hand towels, and a personal care kit (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, vegetable sponge, and slippers, all them disposable items).

“JACARANDÁ” room (Upper floor):

In order to guarantee your reservation, please send your confirmation by e-mail 72 hours before the day of your arrival (Buenos Aires time). You will receive an e-mail announcing the reception of your confirmation. If confirmation is not received 72 hours in advance, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
